How the price is decided
"2BHK entha?" has an honest answer: it depends on four things.
We get this question every day. Here is exactly what moves the number, so you can compare quotes properly.
Modelమోడల్
Straight, L-shaped or parallel kitchen. Sliding or openable wardrobes. The design you pick sets the base.
Square feetస్క్వేర్ ఫీట్
Interiors are measured and priced per square foot of built units, so a bigger wall costs more and a smaller one less.
Plywood gradeప్లైవుడ్ గ్రేడ్
BWP 710 plywood with a lifetime warranty for the premium range. HDHMR with a 12-year warranty when the budget is tight.
Finishఫినిష్
Laminate, PVC or acrylic shutters. Acrylic is the glossy finish you see in our Pedapudi kitchen.

About SRK Interiors
Run by Sudheer Dontula, from a showroom in Samalkot.
SRK Interiors opened its Samalkot showroom in March 2025. Sudheer measures every site himself, shows the plywood and shutter samples in person, and his own team does the work. Wallpaper, false ceilings and TV units are done in-house too.
Most of our customers come from someone they know. The video above is how we would like you to judge us.

Questions we get on WhatsApp
Before you message, the five things everyone asks.
How much does a 2BHK interior cost?
It depends on the model, the square feet and the plywood grade. Send your flat size on WhatsApp and we give a range the same day, and a fixed quote after the site visit.
Is the site visit free?
Yes. Anywhere in Samalkot, Peddapuram, Kakinada and the surrounding towns, with samples.
Which plywood do you use?
BWP 710 grade with a lifetime warranty for the premium range, HDHMR with a 12-year warranty for budget work. We tell you which one is in your quote.
Do you do only kitchens?
No. Kitchens, wardrobes, beds, TV units, pooja units, false ceilings, wallpaper and full-home packages.
How long does a 2BHK take?
Most 2BHK packages finish in four to six weeks from the day work starts. The video on this page shows a home we completed in Pedapudi.
